Welcome to MIDA! We offer a range of pricing plans tailored to suit your needs, whether you run a small business or lead a larger enterprise. Here's a detailed breakdown of our pricing plans:
Free Plan:
Our Free Plan is perfect for businesses just starting out, with limited traffic to their website. This plan offers up to 400 monthly sessions, equivalent to 800-1,200 pageviews. Session data is retained on a 30-day cycle.
Basic Plan:
Our Basic Plan is designed for businesses with moderate traffic to their website. This plan includes up to 1,000 sessions per month and introduces the Heatmaps feature, which allows you to gain insights of customer behavior on your storefront. In addition, you can exclude recording sessions from specific IP addresses and countries to maintain accurate data. From this plan onwards, session data is retained on a 60-day cycle.
Growth Plan:
Our Growth Plan is designed for businesses with moderate traffic to their website. This plan offers up to 3,500 sessions per month and includes all features from the Basic Plan. From this plan onwards, the Surveys and Advanced Filters features are available. You can use Surveys to collect customer feedback to make better informed decisions to enhance your storefront and Advanced Filters to target your desired sessions for better viewing experience.
Advanced Plan:
Our Advanced Plan caters to businesses with high traffic to their website. This plan offers up to 10,000 sessions per month and includes all features from the Growth Plan.
Enterprise Plan:
The Enterprise Plan is tailored for businesses experiencing high website traffic. It begins with 30,000 monthly sessions, and you can incrementally increase the session limit by 5,000 sessions. Additionally, this plan includes all features available in the Advanced Plan.
All of our paid plans come with a 7-day free trial, so you can try out MIDA and see if it's the right fit for your business. To subscribe to a paid plan, simply login to MIDA, navigate to the Pricing Page from the Navigation Bar, choose the plan that best suits your needs, and click "Subscribe."
We also offer a free plan for Development and Trial stores, which allows you to use our app completely free of charge. If you're not sure which plan is right for you, our team is always available to answer any questions you may have and help you choose the plan that best suits your needs.
