How to set up Reorder module
Reorder can help you find your past orders and order again, thus saving you time from having to navigate the store and order everything again.
This module is available from Advanced plan ($25/month)
Below are the steps on how to use this module
Enable the module
From the Dashboard, locate the module Reorder and enable it by clicking on the toggle button.
Create new rule
From the Dashboard, click on Configuration:
You can also click on Reorder on the left-side navigation bar.
Click on Create new rule to create your Reorder rule
Set up the rule
After clicking on Create new rule button, you can set up the rule to your liking:
In General Information, there are 3 fields:
Name: This is the name of the rule
Priority: You can choose from 0 to 99, with 0 being the highest priority
Note: If there are 2 rules with the same priority, the rule that was created later will apply
Status: You can choose between Enable and Disable
In Customer Condition, you can choose between:
All logged-in customers: Every logged-in customers can reorder their past orders
Specific customers: If you choose this option, a search bar will pop up and you can choose which customers are able to re-order
Customer tags: This option allows you to select a group of tagged customers to reorder. For example, only customers with tag “B2B” can reorder from your store
In Exclude Customer Tags, you can choose between
None
Customer tags: You can exclude some of your tagged customers from reorder.
After you have set up everything, hit the Save button on the top-right corner.
See the Customer Portal on your store
After setting up everything, you should be able to see the Reorder module on your store. The URL should be <your_store_domain>/apps/customer-portal/quick-order
