When the customers want to re-purchase their past orders, they can make use of the 'Reorder' feature in our app. Simply follow these steps:
Step 1: Log in to the Customer portal, ensuring that the customer has been granted access to the 'Reorder' feature. Navigate to the 'My orders' page on the left hand side.
Step 2: This section should display all the past orders, together with certain relevant information such as ID, order date, or status.
To re-purchase a certain order, simply click on the 'Reorder' button on the equivalent row.
The reordered items are now added to your cart.
Step 3: To edit the quantity of those reordered items, open the cart and fill in the number you wish to purchase this time.
Finally, click 'Go to cart' button. You will redirected to your Cart page to conduct further actions for purchasing.
In case you just created an order and it hasn't shown on My Order list yet, please wait for 5-10 minutes after your order is confirmed. After that estimated time, your order should show up.
