How do customers view their Request for Quotes?

When the customers want to manage their requests for quote, they can access the 'My Quotes' section in the navigation bar on the left hand side.

To view the quotes that customers have placed, simply follow these steps:

Step 1: Log in to the Customer portal, ensuring that the customer has been granted access to view 'My Quotes' section.

Step 2: Navigate to the 'My Quotes' section on the left hand side. This section should display all the previous request for quote, including request ID, day created, quote status and the subtotal amount.

Step 3: To view quote details, click on the eye icon according to the quote row.

Customers will be redirected to the quote detail page, displaying all relevant information regarding their quote request.
