When the customers want to place a bulk order, they can access the 'Quick Order' feature in the navigation bar on the left hand side. Simply follow these steps:
Step 1: Log in to the Customer portal, ensuring that the customer has been granted access to the 'Quick Order' section. Navigate to the 'Product List' page on the left hand side.
Step 2: This section should display all the products eligible for bulk purchase, together with certain relevant information such as price, stock quantity, or field for quantity input.
Step 3: Add products to your cart. There are mainly 2 types of products with slightly different ways to add:
To add single product with no variants, input the purchase quantity then click 'Add to cart' button.
To add product with multiple variants, click the 'View options' button.
A modal should appear as below. Fill in the purchase quantity for each variant, then click 'Add items to cart'. If you wish to discard, click 'Remove all items'. The quantity fields then will be reset back to 0, then you can fill in numbers again.
Step 4: Preview your cart. Click on the 'Preview Cart' icon to check your cart when finish adding products.
A modal should appear as below. With this modal you can check the details of your bulk order, and conduct other actions such as Add to quote or Checkout order if allowed.
