Quick Order is a feature that allows B2B customers to add multiple products to their cart quickly and efficiently, ideal for orders in bulk. This simplifies the ordering process by enabling customers to search, select, and add products in seconds.

A Quick Order rule allows you to define specific conditions under which product is eligible and which customer can place bulk orders in your store. To set up the Quick Order rule, simply follow these instructions below:

Step 1: In the page of Quoting & Ordering , switch on the toggle of the 'Quick Order' module to enable the feature, then click 'Configure' to access the Quick Order tab.

Step 2: Navigate to the 'Rules' tab. This section contains all previous Quick Order rules, allowing you to view, edit, delete or create new rule.

  • To view or edit a specific rule, click on the Edit button (pencil icon) on the rule row which you want to view/edit.

  • To delete a specific rule, click on the Delete button (trash bin icon) on the rule row which you want to delete.

  • To create a new rule, click on the 'Add rule' button at the top right corner of the screen.

Step 3: When you click the 'Add rule' button, the screen should look like this image below:

Step 4: Set up general information

  • Priority: The lower the number, the higher the priority will be. For example, rule A has priority 1, rule B has priority 2, then rule A will be applied first.

  • To activate the rule, make sure the Status is set to Enable.

Step 5: Choose the applied products

  • Product Condition section allows you to decide which products are applied for the Quick Order rule.

  • Beside the 'All products' option, you can add products by collections, by tags or add certain specific products.

  • With option 'Specific products', you can add in bulk by importing CSV file based on our template.

Step 6: Select applied customers

  • Customer Condition section allows you to decide which customer are eligible for the Quick Order rule.

  • Beside the 'All customers' option, you can add customers by log-in condition, by tags or add certain specific customers.

Step 7: Saving your changes:

  • Once you are satisfied with the settings, click the Save button located at the top corner of the screen.

  • If you wish to discard any changes made during the session, use the Discard button beside the Save button.
