How to convert Quotes to Draft orders

This article will provide a detailed step-by-step guide for merchants to convert price quotes into draft orders.

Step 1: In the page of Quoting & Ordering , navigate to the 'Request for Quote' module, then click 'Configure' to access the R4Q tab.

Step 2: Navigate to the 'Quote' tab. This section contains all previous price quotes, including both converted and not converted ones.

Step 3: To change price quote into draft order, navigate to the Not converted section. This is the repository of quotes which haven't been converted into draft orders yet.

Then, click on the Edit button (pencil icon) on the quote row which you want to convert. This should allow you to view details and conduct actions to one specific quote.

Step 4: Click the following button to convert the quote into a draft order.

• The details interface allows users to review the quoted products, quantities, and total price.

• To convert the quote, click the 'Convert to Order' button at the bottom right of the page, under the Payment section.

• The system will process this action then convert the price quote into a draft order.

Step 5: After the quote has been successfully converted, you should be able to view your Shopify draft order via this ID located in the top right corner of the screen.

This will take you directly to the draft order within your Shopify admin for further actions or finalization.
