Single Discount Rule

  • Merchants are allowed to apply only one discount code at a time.

  • Multiple discounts cannot be combined for a single purchase

  • Only the highest-value discount will be applied if multiple codes are attempted at checkout.

Discount Application

  • Discounts apply to the original price as listed on the Shopify App Store and the app’s official pricing page (* do not apply for feature-based pricing plans)

  • Discounts do not apply to any promotional or special pricing outside of the official pricing.

One-Time Use Codes

  • Discount codes are valid for one-time use only.

  • Once redeemed, the discount code will be automatically invalid for any subsequent transactions.

Unsubscription & Uninstallation Policy

  • If a merchant unsubscribes or uninstalls the app, any unused discount code will become invalid immediately.

  • If the merchant reinstalls or resubscribes, they will need to request a new discount (subject to availability and eligibility)

Expiration & Validity

  • All discount codes have an expiration date clearly stated upon issuance, after which they cannot be used.

  • Expired discount codes will not be reissued or extended.

Fair Use Policy

  • Discount codes must be used in accordance with the intended promotion.

  • Any fraudulent use, resale, or abuse of discount codes may result in the revocation of discounts and account suspension.

Customer support

  • If a merchant faces issues using the discount code, they should contact customer support within the valid timeframe for assistance.

  • Replacement of discount codes after expiry or misuse will be at the discretion of the merchant’s support team and based on eligibility.
