Step 1: Access the "Not Converted" Quote
Navigate to the Request for Quote section of your system.
To identify quotes that have not been converted, look for quotes marked as Not converted under the Draft Order Status column (as shown in Image 1).
Click on the Edit button (pencil icon) next to the quote you want to convert. This will allow you to view and process the specific quote.
Step 2: Convert the Quote to a Draft Order
Once inside the quote's details (as seen in Image 2), review the products, quantities, and total price.
To proceed with converting the quote, click the black Convert to Order button at the bottom right of the page under the Payment section.
The system will process this action and create a draft order.
Step 3: View the Draft Order in Shopify
After the quote has been successfully converted, you can confirm the creation of the draft order (as displayed in Image 3).
To view the converted order, click the eye icon labeled View order, located in the top right corner. This will take you directly to the draft order within your Shopify admin for further management or finalization.
By following these steps, you can seamlessly convert customer quotes into draft orders and proceed with your sales workflow efficiently.
