B2B Lock is priced based on your Shopify plan, with 5 tiers:

• Free

• Basic (for Basic Shopify)

• Grow (for Shopify / “Grow” tier)

• Advanced (for Advanced Shopify)

• Plus (for Shopify Plus)

All paid plans unlock the full locking engine for your catalog and content. Higher plans add performance & support benefits, and Plus adds Checkout Lock.

Note: Exact pricing may change over time. Always check the Shopify App Store listing or in-app “Pricing” page for the latest values.

1. Plan overview

Free – $0 / month Best for: development stores, testing, very small shops.

• Lock the entire website with robust conditions

• Basic lock logic (e.g., restrict access by login/condition to the whole store)

Basic – for Basic Shopify Best for: small stores starting with B2B or simple member-only access.

Includes everything in Free, plus:

• Hide products, pages & prices

• Lock access by URL or customer tags

• Custom messages with login / sign-up prompts

• Manage passcodes & basic analytics

• Full catalog-level locking for most use cases

• Chat support

Grow – for Shopify (Grow tier) Best for: growing B2B or hybrid B2B+B2C stores.

Includes everything in Basic, plus:

• Priority & expert support (faster, more in-depth help)

• Enhanced performance / “high speed” experience

• Better suited if you have:

  • Larger catalogs

  • More rules & segments

  • Heavier traffic

Advanced – for Advanced Shopify Best for: scaling B2B operations with heavier traffic and more complex segmentation.

Includes everything in Grow, with:

• Full catalog locking for larger, more complex stores

• Priority & expert support for continuous optimization

• High-performance experience tuned for bigger setups

(From a feature standpoint, Grow vs Advanced are mostly about scale + store plan alignment, not restricted features.)

Plus – for Shopify Plus Best for: enterprise-grade stores needing checkout-level control.

Includes everything in Advanced, plus:

• Checkout Lock (Shopify Plus only)

  • Block or control checkout based on:

    • Customer tags

    • Cart contents

    • Region or other conditions

• Optimal speed experience

• Priority & expert support

This is the only plan that can enforce B2B Lock rules at checkout level (catalog-level locking still works on all plans).

3. How to choose the right plan

• Choose Free if you’re:

  • On a dev store or just testing basic “lock entire site” behavior.

• Choose Basic if you:

  • Need to hide prices/products/pages and lock content by customer tags or URLs.

  • Run a small B2B or member-only setup on Basic Shopify.

• Choose Grow if you:

  • Are actively growing B2B traffic.

  • Want better performance and priority support.

• Choose Advanced if you:

  • Are on Advanced Shopify with larger catalogs and more complex segmentation.

  • Want stability + support tuned for scale.

• Choose Plus if you:

  • Are on Shopify Plus and need checkout-level restrictions, anti-fraud / anti-bot rules at checkout, or very strict B2B flows.

You can upgrade or downgrade as your B2B needs evolve; your locks, rules, and configuration will stay with you as you move between plans.
