# Sufio

**Sufio: Professional Invoices** creates and sends invoices, credit notes and other accounting documents. Learn more in the [Shopify App Store](https://apps.shopify.com/sufio?utm_source=bss-commerce\&utm_medium=integration-b2b\&utm_campaign=partnership2024).

Turn on this integration and **Download invoice** on completed manual orders opens the Sufio invoice. The invoice itself is created and designed in Sufio.

### Step 1: Turn on the integration

1. In the app, go to **Integrations** and open the **Orders & invoices** tab.
2. Click **Integrate** on the **Sufio: Professional Invoices** card (**Manage** once connected).
3. Under **Integration control**, tick **Turn on integration** and click **Save**.

If Sufio is not installed, you see "To enable this integration, please make sure you install the app" and nothing is saved.

### Step 2: Open a completed manual order

Go to **B2B orders & discounts › Manual Orders › Order history** and open an order with the **Completed** status. **Download invoice** is at the top of the page.

### Step 3: Download the invoice

Click **Download invoice**. Sufio opens in a new tab with the invoice PDF for that order.

### Good to know

* Only **Completed** orders show the button.
* Clicking it with the integration off shows "Enable Sufio: Professional invoices integration". Click **Go to app integration**, install Sufio if needed and turn the integration on.
* If you uninstall Sufio, the next click on **Download invoice** turns the integration off automatically.
* **Turn it off:** click **Manage**, untick **Turn on integration** and click **Save**. This works even if Sufio is uninstalled.
* Your invoice app can find a customer's VAT number in the customer note and, for version 2 forms, in the customer metafield `B2B_RF.vat-validation` (UK VAT: `B2B_RF.uk-validation`, US EIN: `B2B_RF.us-ein-validation`). A tax ID entered in the cart's tax ID field is saved in the order note and order attributes.
