Introduction

Sufio: Professional Invoices app is a powerful invoicing solution that automatically creates and sends professional invoices, credit notes, and other documents. The invoices are validated by certified accountants, ensuring adherence to global regulations for both B2C and B2B transactions. Additionally, the customizable templates enhance brand identity and leave a lasting impression on clients.

The Sufio integration for B2B/Wholesale Solution is available for all Shopify merchants that already use Sufio and allows you to download invoices for your B2B orders

To utilize the integration, please follow the below steps:

1. Enable the integration

Please go to API and Integration, click the App integration tab, turn on the toggle in Sufio: professional invoices card to enable the integration.

2. View completed order details

In Manual Order, click the Order History tab, and choose completed-status order to review the detailed information. Then you should see a button "Download invoice" on the top right of the page.

3. Download invoice

Hit the "Download invoice" button, and then the invoice will be directly downloaded to your device.
