Export Recordings

To export all recordings, follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to the "Session Replays" section of the app.

Step 2: Click on the button "Download".

Then a csv file will be downloaded to your device. You can see the information of all sessions here.

To export selected recordings, follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to the "Recording Replays" section of the app.

Step 2: Select recordings that you want to download.

Then choose Export as .csv in the dropdown list of Actions. A csv file with information of selected recordings will be downloaded to your device.

To export recordings of a specific visitor, follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to the "Visitors" section of the app.

Step 2: Click on the visitor that you want to view details.

Step 3a: Click on the button "Download" to download all sessions.

Step 3b: Select specific recordings and click on Export as .csv in the dropdown Actions.
