Can I watch recordings of the Checkout page?

Due to Shopify privacy restrictions, Shopify merchants cannot view Session Replays or Heatmaps of visitors on the checkout page or track the Events on that page. These Events can help you track and understand the following Events on your checkout page.

These Events are:

• Checkout Started

• Checkout Address Info Submitted

• Checkout Shipping Info Submitted

• Checkout Contact Info Submitted

• Payment Information Submitted

• Checkout Completed

When a visitor goes to the checkout page, the Session Replay will skip checkout page to the point that visitor has left the checkout page or navigated elsewhere on the site. In real-time, the Timeline on the right panel of the screen will show these Shopify checkout events as they happen but are private. You can also check a summary of the order when Checkout completed.
