# Publish Your Wholesale Registration Form to Your Storefront

Show your registration form on your storefront with its own page, a shortcode or the Registration Form app block, then fine-tune it with Theme settings.

Once your wholesale registration form is ready, make it visible to potential B2B customers. Every form made with the version 2 editor already has **its own store page** and a **shortcode**. Use the **Registration Form app block** when you want the form on another page of your theme, such as the customer register page — no custom coding needed.

{% hint style="info" %}
Multi-step forms are published differently — inside Shopify customer accounts. See [Set Up a Multi-Step Registration Form](/b2b-wholesale-solution/customer-management/registration-forms/set-up-a-multi-step-registration-form.md).

## ✅ Steps to publish the form

### Step 1: Turn on Registration Forms

Go to **B2B customers › Registration Forms** and make sure the switch next to the **Registration Forms** title is **on**. Forms load on your store only while the module is on. Also set the form's **Status** to **Enable** (Basics step).

### Step 2: Turn on the app embed in your theme

If **Turn on app embed** shows under the title, click it. Otherwise go to your Shopify admin → **Online Store › Themes** → **Customize**, open **App embeds**, turn on **B2B Solution** and **Save**. The registration form loads only through the app embed.

{% hint style="info" %}
The app embed is set **per theme**. After you switch or duplicate a theme, turn it on again in the theme you publish.
{% endhint %}

### Step 3: Choose how the form appears

Open the form from the **Forms** tab and go to its **Publish** step.

<figure><img src="https://1478990334-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FGolQYRPH9iUGYatlTXwl%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-c3216ebca4d9e2ff65b446cc8ce0732eaaa3458a%2Fcms-rf-publish-02.png?alt=media" alt="Publish step options"><figcaption><p>Publish step options</p></figcaption></figure>

* **Your form is live** – the form is available at its page link (`https://your-store/pages/<handle>`). Use this link in a menu item or button. To replace Shopify's sign-up page, use the app block on the **Customer register** page instead.
* **Option 1: Embed via shortcode** – paste `<div id="bss-b2b-registration-form" form-id="ID"/>` into any page content.
* **Option 2: Add to any page** – use the app block:
  1. Under **Copy the form ID**, click the button with the form ID. The ID appears once the form is saved.
  2. Click the **app embed block settings** link. It opens your live theme on the customer register page; choose another page there if you want the form somewhere else.
  3. If the block isn't on the page yet, add the **Registration Form** block from B2B Solution to a section.
  4. Paste the ID into **Registration Form ID** and click **Save**.
  5. If you use the **Customer register** page, **hide Shopify's own registration block** so customers don't see two forms.

The app block is optional. The page link and the shortcode work without it. Chat with us and our team will set the form up on your theme for free.

## 🎨 Theme settings

Go to **B2B customers › Registration Forms › More actions › Theme settings**. These options used to sit under the global **Settings** page and now live inside the Registration Forms module.

Click **Save** in the save bar to keep your changes.

## 🛠️ If the form isn't showing

Check these in order:

1. The **Registration Forms** switch is on.
2. **Turn on app embed** no longer shows under the title, and **B2B Solution** is on in the theme you publish.
3. The form's **Status** is **Enable**.
4. The form uses the **version 2** editor. For a version 1 form, open it, click **Switch to new version editor**, then save.
5. The page has the right form ID — the form page the app creates already contains the form; on any other page the shortcode or app block must carry the ID from the **Publish** step. Use **Preview form** to check how the form looks.
6. If the form shows in the theme editor preview but not on your live store, the embed or block was saved in a different theme than the live one. Open the live theme's editor, check both, and save.

Still blank? Some themes load pages in their own way — chat with us and our team will set it up for free.
