Set discounted price for a product when buying another product

Buy One Get One can help you to set discounted price for some products when buying certain product(s).

This feature works in conjunction with other features like Custom Pricing or Quantity Break.

Below is the tutorial on how to use the feature.

Set up the feature:

Step 1: Enable the feature and go to Configuration

• Go to Dashboard and enable Buy One Get One

• After enabling, go to Configuration

• Press Create new rule to customize your rule

Step 2: General Information

• Enter the Name of the rule

• Enter the Priority (0 is the highest priority)

• Choose to Enable or Disable the rule

If there are several rules applied to the same products or customers, and they have the same priorities, the latest created rule is applied.

Step 3: Apply to Customers

Choose who this rule is applied to.

• You can choose Specific customers by entering their emails

• You can choose Customer tags to choose a group of eligible customers (e.g. "b2b" tag)

Step 4: Customer buys

In this section, you can set the products customers buy and how much they purchase in order to get discounted price on products set in Step 5.

• Choose between quantity or amount your customers have to buy.

• Set the number for the option above.

• Lastly, set which products that the customers have to buy.

For example, in this section, I can choose to:

• Customers have to buy at least 5 of product A to get discounted price on product B, which is set in Step 5.

Step 5: Customer gets

In this section, you can set the products with the discounted prices for customers to buy.

• Quantity: select how many of the products to be discounted. If you set the number to be 4, then the 5th product bought by customers will not be discounted.

• Select a specific product or a collection and you can search for it in the search bar below.

• In the AT A DISCOUNTED VALUE, you can choose how much discount the customers will receive when buying the product(s).

Step 6: Advanced Settings (optional)

You can set how much this discount can be used in total.

Step 7: Active dates (optional)

You can also select how long the discount will last.

Press Save to save all the changes you've made.
