Can I request a refund?

Yes, if the reason for the refund request is acceptable. Take note that you will have to contact Shopify Customer Support to submit a request. We are not in charge of the payment, thus the refund - if any is preceded by Shopify upon our confirmation.

Hope we will not come across such a case, though.
