When we send the notification emails to merchants or merchants' customers, we will use the default email: no-reply@email-bsscommerce.com, which has a possibility of being marked as spam.
This is to prevent email notifications from going to the SPAM box
Here is the step-by-step guide to completely change your sender email:
(1) Provide the email address and sender's name that you want to send email from
Access Customer management > Email configuration > Change email sender
(2) After saving, send a test email to help our email system start tracking your email
For example: You can send this email to any of your email addresses.
(3) Contact us via Live chat or email support-sbc@bsscommerce.com to get a detailed document to help verify your sender email to Mailgun - our sending email provider
We'll send you a document that contains some DNS records that need to be edited in your Domain Provider, such as: Cloudflare, GoDaddy, Namecheap, Digital Ocean, Google Domains,etc
(4) Edit DNS records according to the provided document
(5) Contact us to double-check on our site when you complete the editing.
